1. HOW MUCH DOES A BIRTHDAY PARTY COST?
Our packages start at $319 for the Deluxe, $449 for the Ultimate, and $499 for the Platinum. Every package covers 10 kids and 2 adults. You' l also select a party room option — $50 for the Party Zone or $95 for the Private Party Room — and that's where your pizza, drinks, and ice cream are included.
2. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PACKAGES?
The Deluxe ($319) is one hour of play with our Ninja Warrior Course, Climbing Wal, Toddler Zone, and Playground — perfect for little ones or families keeping the budget in check. The Ultimate ($449) adds a ful hour in the Inflatable Park, our main attraction — two hours of play total. The Platinum ($499) adds a $20 arcade card for every child plus our Exclusive Live Show Experience — three hours of party.
3. WHICH PACKAGE SHOULD I PICK FOR MY KID'S AGE?
For toddlers and little ones, the Deluxe is perfect — Toddler Zone, Playground, Climbing Wal. If your kids are older and want the Inflatable Park, go Ultimate. And if you want the ful event with the live DJ show and arcade cards, that's the Platinum.
4. IS THE ROOM INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE?
The room is selected separately when you book your package — each room comes with 45 minutes at your designated party time. The Party Zone is $50 and the Private Party Room is $95, and your food and drinks are included with whichever room you choose.
1. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO ROOM OPTIONS?
The Party Zone ($50) includes 2 pizzas, 2 pitchers of soft drinks, and ice cream. The Private Party Room ($95) includes 3 pizzas, 4 pitchers, ice cream, AND your own dedicated party host who runs the whole thing so you can actualy enjoy the party.
2. HOW LONG DO WE GET THE PARTY ROOM?
Each room comes with 45 minutes at your designated party time — that's your window for pizza, drinks, ice cream, and cake. Need more time? You can add extra room time for $100 per hour — just let us know when you book.
1. WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 10 KIDS?
Extra kids are $32 each on the Deluxe, $44 on the Ultimate, and $49.99 on the Platinum.
2. WHAT IF FEWER KIDS SHOW UP THAN I BOOKED?
Each package covers its included guest count — that's the minimum for every party, so the package price stays the same if a couple of kids can't make it. Any extra kids beyond the package are only charged if they attend.
3. DO ADULTS HAVE TO PAY?
Adults only need a ticket if they're entering the attractions. If you're hanging out in the common eating area or at the bar, no ticket needed — relax, grab a drink, watch the fun. Your package includes 2 adult attraction tickets, and additional adults who want to join the kids in the attractions are $14.95.
4. DO WE NEED TO BRING SOCKS?
Nope — grip socks are included for every guest, in every package.
1. CAN WE BRING OUR OWN CAKE?
Yes! Cake and cupcakes are welcome — bring your kid's favorite. That's the only outside food we allow; everything else — pizza, drinks, ice cream — is already covered in your party room package.
2. WHAT FOOD IS INCLUDED?
Your room selection covers it: the Party Zone comes with 2 pizzas, 2 pitchers of soft drinks, and ice cream. The Private Party Room comes with 3 pizzas, 4 pitchers, and ice cream.
1. WHAT IS THE LIVE SHOW EXPERIENCE?
It's exclusive to the Platinum package: a live DJ and MC host running a ful one-hour show with 14 interactive game stations, a dance contest, a glow-in-the-dark segment, and a special FX grand finale. Plus, our Funtastic Artist takes the stage for a special 10-minute show within the main show — a live performance moment your guests won't see anywhere else. And every Platinum kid gets a $20 arcade card — that's a $200 arcade value across your party.
2. WHAT DAYS CAN I BOOK THE PLATINUM?
The Platinum's Live Show runs Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays — party days, when the energy in the building is at its peak. Deluxe and Ultimate parties are scheduled during regular play hours, outside of live show times.
3. CAN A DELUXE OR ULTIMATE PARTY WATCH THE LIVE SHOW?
The Live Show Experience is exclusive to Platinum parties. If the show is a must-have for your crew, upgrading to Platinum gets your whole group in on it — plus arcade cards for every kid.
1. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend at least 3 weeks in advance. We're a busy location with a limited number of party slots each day, and the best dates and times go fast — especialy weekends.
2. IS THERE A DEPOSIT? WHEN DO I PAY THE REST?
Yes — a 50% deposit locks in your date and time slot when you book. The remaining balance is paid the day of your party.
3. WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?
Deposits are non-refundable, but they're not lost if plans change — you can reschedule with at least 12 days' notice and your deposit transfers to your new date. No-shows, or arriving outside your scheduled party window, forfeit the deposit — your slot is reserved exclusively for you, and we turn away other families to hold it.
4. DO GUESTS NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?
Yes — every guest entering the attractions needs a signed waiver. We highly recommend completing the online waiver before the party — it makes check-in way faster and gets the kids playing sooner. Pro tip: include the waiver link when you send your digital invitations.
4. WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your party time. That gives you time to check in, confirm everyone's waiver is signed, order your food, and get grip socks on — so when your party starts, it actualy starts.
